Taking a step towards a healthier you is sometimes one of the hardest things to do. One of the biggest things I’m focusing on is my health. With 2 dogs and an active child, I need to be my best self to keep up! One piece of that is working out, which I incorporate as much as possible. The other piece is better nutrition, which means staying healthy and focusing on eating habits.
What is Profile?

I decided to try the 7 Day plan and am documenting and sharing my journey with you.
How my 7 Days went
Day 1
Meal Plan: Today’s breakfast and morning snacks were a chocolate brownie shake, lemon protein bar and raspberry lemonade energy drink. The 2 recipes for today were a chili cheese dip with chopped veggies (lunch) and a bbq chicken burrito bowl (dinner). Other snacks included in the Seven box and recommended for the day were a 15g caramel cocoa bar, mixed fruit fiber drink, and a mint chip shake. Also recommended daily is 64 oz of water.
Favorites: The lemon protein bar is absolutely delicious! It is by far one my favorite protein bars I’ve ever had and it is so yummy!!
Takeaway for the Day: Starting is always the hard part but Profile makes it easy by giving you a plan plus creating healthy foods to get you started. Once I set my day to start, day 1 was easy. Yay for getting in my water! I always struggle to meet this goal. Today was a good day.
Day 2
Meal Plan: Today’s food includes having a strawberry cheesecake shake for breakfast, munching on a pretzel peanut protein bar, raspberry lemonade energy drink, a chocolate s’mores protein bar, a salted caramel shake plus my lunch and dinner recipes which were for chicken & broccoli soup and stuffed peppers.
Favorites: I have to point out that the chocolate smores bar is absolutely delicious! I also am in love with the strawberry cheesecake shake!
Takeaway for the Day: Now, the plan allows up to 400g of caffeine which I’m happy about because I absolutely have to have a cup of coffee daily! But it’s like I’m not even eating healthy foods as it feels like I’m having the best of both worlds! I love when I can find really good foods that don’t make me feel like I’m eating healthy. It makes transitioning to a healthy lifestyle so much easier.
Day 3
Meal Plan: Today’s food includes a banana cream pie shake, dark chocolate marshmallow bar, energy drink, chocolate peanut protein bar, mixed fruit fiber drink, recipes for buffalo chicken salad wrap and cilantro lime chicken, and for my evening snack I enjoyed a vanilla cake batter shake.
Favorites: My favorite today was definitely the chocolate marshmallow bar! OMG it feels like I’m eating a candy bar!
Takeaway for the Day: As I continue on my journey, today makes almost midway the 7 day journey. I did not meet the recommended daily 64 ounces of water. I am feeling great and my energy level is definitely increasing. My body is definitely adapting to the change in a good way and I am feeling less sluggish.
Day 4
Meal Plan: Today’s food and drinks included a mocha latte shake, oatmeal raisin bar, raspberry lemonade energy drink, banana cream shake, chicken noodle & cauliflower rice soup recipe, chocolate almond bar, and spaghetti & marinara sauce recipe for dinner.
Favorites: I also loved the oatmeal raisin bar! It tastes like a frosted cookie and is quite filling!
Takeaway for the Day: My hardest struggle has been keeping up with my water intake. I like having a calendar meal plan so I can cross off the box once I consume the food and drinks. It’s great for accountability and helps you keep track as I like to check and cross things off. However, if you love apps, Profile also has an app that you can download and register your Seven Kit to keep track of your journey right on your phone!
Day 5
Meal Plan: Day 5 meals include a vanilla cake batter shake, mint brownie bar, energy drink, cinnamon bar, fiber drink, mocha latte shake, and recipes for a cheesy tomato soup and thai shrimp salad.
Favorites: I had the opportunity to drink a mocha latte shake which is full of chocolate goodness!
Takeaway for the Day: I am staying extremely full with the food, meals, and snacks. I actually can’t finish it all! I have to say protein helps keep you full anyway and these foods are doing a great job of keeping me full!
Day 6
Meal Plan: On today’s meal plan was the salted caramel shake, peanut butter bar, energy drink, chocolate mint bar, strawberry cheesecake shake with recipes for a sloppy joe & spaghetti squash and sheet pan fajitas.
Favorites: My favorite food today is again the strawberry cheesecake shake but I also really like the sloppy joe instant mix that Profile offers.
Takeaway for the Day: I am finding that I get full from these meals, snacks, and drinks. I also didn’t quite get in all my shakes today but I was able to stick to the food listed and didn’t get hungry.
Day 7
Meal Plan: For day 7, I had the mint chip shake, peanut butter brownie bar, energy drink, fudge graham bar, mixed fruit fiber drink, and a chocolate brownie shake with recipes for a greek veggie pizza and roasted shrimp & veggies.
Favorites: The greek veggie pizza was my favorite meal for the day!
Takeaway for the Day: Yay, I made it! I am so glad I made it to day 7 pretty strong. I didn’t stick to the plan 100% percent but I did pretty good and am super proud of myself! I found that even though I wasn’t able to get every meal, snack or shake in, I still stayed full and my body felt so much better!
Biggest Takeaways:
Every day has been filled with some tasty treats and recipes. I am highly impressed. I was able to lose 2 lbs this week and had an all time high energy level which I really needed! I’d been quite sluggish as well as feeling a bit of exhaustion before starting my 7 day journey. After incorporating much healthier food options from this plan, I see that it has made a tremendous change in how I feel.
I love the fact that the plan delivers nutritionally balanced meals and they actually keep you full! It’s not one of those “eat less” plans. In fact, the meals, snacks, and shakes were so filling I couldn’t eat it all! Even though I was not able to get much working out in this week, besides a little walking, I still was able to lose a few pounds with just eating healthy, which I am ecstatic about!
